New paper on the impact of serotonin on an olfactory critical period.
Early life experience during critical periods shapes the sensitivity of sensory systems. In this collaborative effort with the lab of Quentin Gaudry, we report that serotonin targets different cell types in the antennal lobe to enable critical period plasticity. Read it here.
